HITEC University Introduction:
HITEC University is a leading private university located in Taxila Cantonment, Punjab, Pakistan. HITEC University was conceived as part of the Heavy Industries Taxila Education City (HITEC).
HITEC University offers undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programs in engineering, computer science, software engineering, computer engineering, civil engineering, mathematics, Islamic studies, and business administration.
The inauguration ceremony was presided over by the then President General Pervez Musharraf. Five years later, the university opened a new department for computer science, and in 2019 it launched the Department of Civil Engineering.
